Q. A.	When will you arrive? 1 to 1 ½ hours before the first platter of food is required for your guests.
Q. A.	How long will you stay ? Depending on number of guests/menu choice, we normally serve food over 1.5 to 2 hour period but are very comfortable adapting to your needs whether serving all food at one time or over a longer period - just let us know your requirements.
Q. A.	How is the food presented? Platters of your selected menu, artistically garnished with seasonal fruits will be placed wherever you instruct. As platters are emptied, we retrieve and replace. Condiment dippers are tidied and renewed, new food keeps coming out, hot and fresh. Napkins are supplied continuously and are complimentary.
Q. A.	Can you provide wait-persons? Our experience is that one wait-person per  40 guests is sufficient if you wish the platters to be circulated to your guests. This ensures that all guests are being offered all selections, rather than only those next to the "food table". We are happy to work with a nominated wait-person supplied by the host(ess) or we can arrange to bring an experienced wait-person along at an additional minimal fee - paid direct to the waitperson by you.
Q. A.	Should I supply any nuts or chips for guests arriving early? Not necessary!  Just Fingerfoods' serves are generous.  We take no food away, leaving remainder for you to enjoy later.
Q. A.	What methods of Payment do you accept? We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Cheques and Direct Deposit into our account.
Q. A.	Does Just Fingerfoods need to come into my house and use my kitchen? NO! All cooking is done from our specially designed mobile kitchen.  Just Fingerfoods unique system means that all we need is access to power and space for the trailer. If power is unavailable give Just Fingerfoods a call and alternatives can be discussed.
Q. A.	How big is the trailer? The trailer is 7' x 5' and if we come into your garage or carport, it needs to have a height clearance of 2.3m, but we are also very happy to operate from your driveway or lawn area.

Q. A.	What happens with your rubbish, do we need to dispose of it? We take all our rubbish away and the only thing we leave behind is contented tummies.
Q. A.	Can I lose my booking? NO. Once you have paid your 50% deposit, the booking is confirmed - NO EXCEPTIONS!
